All of our production line QC workers
are highly trained in the electronic assembly field. Every QC worker has many year experience in working in the factory. Our
goal is to make products that meet customer specification. We always do functional test, ICT, and visual inspection for every
product before shipping. Our PCB assembly work always meet IPT-A-610C standard.

Materials/Component:
We only purchase materials from customer approved vendor list. We
are able to purchase parts from Asia and United States. Our buyers have gone to school in China to learn about electronic
components, and also have worked in the electronic assembly lines for many years. So. They know exactly what parts that they
are purchasing. That would effectively help to improve the material procurement process.
We also have material
IQC to double check all the incoming material to make sure every component meets the specification in the BOM. We fully understand
that the quality of a component is one of the most important things for a product.
Procedures/testing
Detail
We have manufacture engineer to handle the BOMs, ECNs, and test requirements from our customers.
We always setup instruction procedure for every position in the production line for every product. Every production line has
QCs, and final QAs. All shipment must first has to be passed the final QA before shipping to our customer.
We
also collect quality report from the production line and from our customer. That would greatly help us to analyze where is
the problem original coming from, and then take correct action immediately to improve the product quality before the next
production run.
